Just wanted to follow up and say that we are very pleased with not only Ron's effort but the entire team.
Bay Air made this somewhat difficult job really quite painless for me. The response was outstanding and the positive, "can do" attitude served to make the process as easy as is possible for the type of job it was.
Lindsey and I were actually on the roof for a portion of the repair and Ron took time out to answer all our questions and address our concerns without giving the impression that we were bothering him. I know he was stressed but he never acted in anything but a professional manner. I tend to ask a lot of questions and some are very elementary but Ron was very pleasant and answered all of them respectfully.
